Preliminary 2016 Marching Band Schedule

Dear Marching Band families,

It’s 2016! That means the the 2016 Cougar Band season is only 6 short months away! In an effort to help with your summer planning, I am sharing a rough schedule for the 2016 season. This year will be a little different than the past few years due to school starting later and fall break being altered.

I am looking forward to the 2016 season! I have challenged each veteran member to recruit a band member to march that has never marched before. We all know how great marching band is so let’s get more of our bandmates involved…especially future 9th graders! I have already picked show music too!

Remember! Attendance is mandatory at all rehearsals and contests. Any season conflicts must be cleared with me BEFORE the season starts. Marching band is a big puzzle and we need all the members to make it complete…performances AND rehearsals. Learning starts at the FIRST rehearsal!
