5:00 Arrive at Whiteland HS
5:15 Dressed with instrument in hand
5:30 Warm-up Time
6:00 Performance
6:30 Finish with performance, load bus
OR stay to listen to Intermediate Jazz and ride home with them!
6:45 Depart Whiteland HS on bus with Tri-North students
7:15 Stop for dinner at Steak ‘n’ Shake in Martinsville (bring $)
9:00 Approximate arrival time at BHSN

8:20 Return to homeroom, load equipment, wait on results
8:45 Depart for BHSN
9:45 Arrive BHSN, unload equipment, dismissed

Saturday, March 5th

6:40 am Combos A,B,C arrive BHSN, load instruments
7:00 Combos A,B,C leave via Bus #1
9:40 am Everyone else arrives BHSN, load instruments
10:00 Everyone else leaves via Bus #2
10:30 - Combo C performs
11:00 - Combo B performs
11:30 - Combo A performs
Noon Bus #1 leaves for Winter Percussion Show (via 2 vans)
Noon Bus #2 arrives at Ball State; Go to Clinic & then eat lunch
1:30 - Combo D performs
2:05 WP Performance at Greenfield Central HS
Jazz students leave to go back to Ball State asap (vans)
3:15 Warm-Up times for Jazz Bands 1 & 2
3:45 - Advanced Jazz performs in Emmons; Studio Jazz performs in Pruis
4:30 Move everything out of our homeroom to holding area TBA
5:00 Listen to Ball State bands
6:00 Awards in Emmons
6:30 Eat Supper in nearby fast food court
7:30 - Possible Honor Band performance to open the night show
8:30 We will all load up both buses and return home
10:30 Arrive BHSN
